I just wouldnt put low rates, cuz srsly? Im bored of lvling every single day, i would put high rates, and no uniqs, but edit the current rings so that they can have some atk speed/cast/cd ect, would help a lot.

High rates are made for lazzy ***** , you got alot of choices to get those stats transcendence ring can give you ALL STATS , CAST, ELEM RESIS etc and that is the fun part of the game .

You have other private servers with high rates, pretty sure quite some people would play the CM old style, not get to 99 in a matter of hours.
