UPDATE 4 STILL NEED HELP 3 comments and still not working PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME !!! SKYPE SHARE SCREEN OR ANYTHING.
please I really want to play with my family and friends.

The config I'm using is on windows server 2008 and is a bit more complicated so i doubt it would help.

But if you are running the server on a virtual machine, there are files out there that are completely set up. (oracle database, server files, windows server)
=> Do a google search on Archlord Arisen

VM VirtualBox + Windows 8.1 + Oracle 11G2 works fire of ***.

It seems that Blacksmith is not working because he does not accept Reinf Pots, anyone managed to use them?

EDIT:
Is there any way to change IP of Database in Server files?
