Please guys, wake up. The server written in c++ by lots of professional programmers. Even adding one single item to the private server cause crashes. Now you are talking about adding your own models and stuff.
@justa Even the best programmer in this world can't create this game from stratch. Even if he manage coding the hole game, he needs tons of models, soundtracks and many more stuff.
So unless you have a complete game development team or have the actual webzen server files, you can't do much.
