You did not edit user,password and DB in the table... u need to put alef password and Account everywhere Thats why the login server cannot connect

in navicat there are empty boxes so that they should be filled and you need to find Celestia files because chinese files somes files missing

but u need copy and paste the md5 and the dll files and direct x files to desktop
put your relay login and world start.exe to desktop
