I always tought that "learned skills upgraded by 1 rank." is something which only appears in lvl 92 weapons. Lately I have seen 30-60 lvl weapons with all skills +1 rank. I infotooled someone who had a rapier with **** stats but all skills +1 rank, so I wonder, are those from events or raaaare drops or possibly made? How can I get a "buff weapon"?
with fortunegatepass it is possible to get those on each lvl it is just easier on lvl 92 coz u just get elite or unique weapons out of it. rare and normal weapon which u get aswell by fgp if your lower than 96 cannot get +1.
Yes, I am.. but my friends and me tried it very often back in the old days and never got +1 on it.. But I know that someone on my server managed to get a lv 11 +1 kataria from those boxes

Learned skills 04/10/2010 - EO PServer Hosting - 4 Replies Hello i have a small problem, or maybe its not a problem because i don't know for sure if it has to be like that. Well the problem is that after i change my class from warrior to paladin or mage and vice versa i keep all the skills from the previous or next class, even the xp skills, is this normal? if yes ok ill let it like that but if not does anyone knows how to fix that issue?
