well
for example
poison vapor is blockable -> once it passes the skillblock it has a 100% chance to continue its dot-effect
in case it is blocked nothing will hapen =) ( no dmg on the target )

even no DOT ? Cause I remember that the DOT used to go through even though the skill was blocked, when was all this changed.

as far as i know no^^
ive never recognized any dot when the skill was blocked but im only 99% sure so maybe i'm mistaken go try it out by yourself i gotta go off now :P

Sorry Kip, no dot skill has ever caused dot when the skill itself was blocked, and it still doen't do so now!

all skill dmg are blocked in shrine fitgth.
some dots works on shrine, but the chance not is 100%
and all debuff non dmg are unblockable in shrine and out shrine -.- this dont is new ...
just ligthing strike are unblockable but dont work on knights with godlike (not 100% chance)
heroic skills idk i dont have much heroics skill
