Attack rating

What does attack rating do? More atk rating= more hits?

Or does it help you hit more often on higher lvl mobs than you are..

Attack Ratting is very useful in both pvp and pve. More higher ratte you have the bigger is the chance to make a hit on target ( mob/player ) . Every time you get new stuff try to take weap/gloves with attack ratting as higher as posibble ( check elites/cf/etc ). Also is not a bad idea to use A.R. stones to fill weapons but some ppl will say no.. it's not a good choice.. trust me it worth. GL .

Isnt Attack Accuracy the stone you speak of.. it gives zero damage which is a big problem isnt it.

if you fail to hit you won't deal any damage either. Accuracy stone increases the chance to make a hit.
