UI has been fixed. ( skill bar, character stats, login screen.)

UI is Archlord 2 fully in English ( some minor problems)

Skills is in 80% English ( most skill's stats are no correct) I will make a clear note what skills I have modified.

Item description(main stuffs have been English, only some quest items, not main items are not English.)

Launcher has been 80% English.
