Invisible wings

I know its a very old problem and of course I used search function first.
My problem is that i have lvl 4 *** wings in my neck but i still cant see those wings. I think I got em out of a rare wings chest. In an other thread I red that my inis might be the problem and I should install the newest client but I already have the newest patch version.
I would be very thankful if somebody could help me.
And if u are confused about me asking this so late . . . I just bought this neck today

Well i got the same problem with royal cloak i cant see them also i tryed to reinstall the game and it didnt helped ;/

hahaha INI file my friends i'm shure for wings, but for royal cloack i think it's the same prob
just try to put normal INI and u'll see there is no prob more (for wings)

try to reinstall and delet the ini backup in the folder that was the problem by me, if u just reinstall then the backups are still in the ini folder

I have no cracked ini files. But I think my cloack is the problem. Seems like every lvl 8 cloack causes this. But thx for help
