2 INT Blodes, karkean with ele cloak in.
Elite helmet 10% resi maybe cooldown 5~6% ( fire lvl 5 stone in o stamina lvl 3)
Armor need some SB, Hp, MP, Def ( if you have one with convert also good, lvl 90+ )
Culet high resi 10%+ def or resi + hp/mp
Gloves elite ( u can find some good for good prices at the AH but search for lvl 52~76 gloves)
Boots MS + block ( elite lvl 60 boots, gets the most best stats that I know atm)
Weapons elite with ele dmg AR and dmg 4 slots minimum

It depend of u. But i guess caster is better. not so much debuff but 1 extra CD debuff... Can break perma good like, can **** AM, archr full hh skills etc...

30 (lens+) + 20 (combi) + 20 (ohkeros) + 8 (top stone) + 6 (cap with cd) + 6/7 (magical combined) + 5 (cf pot) + 10 (bg buff) = enough cd

30% lens +, 20% Combi, 20% okheros,8% prayer stone lvl 6, 8% combined prayer stone lvl 6, 6% elite cap, 5% true pant = 97% CD

dont need CF pot, dont need BG Buff, all class can get it.

but u loose som res with true pant (but u can switch).
