Offered root server for good privat server
I offered my root server for a good Archlord privat server..

Root server:
System:Windows 2008 R2
Ram: 24GB
GhZ: 8x2,4

Sure, 9i Oracle does not run on 2008 R2 server.
Gonna see on which system you runs (nothing bad here just checking your server)

Oh indeed 2008 server: 98%.

I use windows server 2008 + oracle 10g works good not much problems with the 9i oracle and i will plan to upgrade to oracle 11

It would have taken less than a minute in order to delete his database ...
Not much time wasted
