here are the webzen policies and the main reason for ban was: Exploit errors in web and/or program bugs to obtain anunfair advantage (create items unlimitedly; hack server;kill boss mob using bugs)

at no stage do you own the account or characters and webzen are well within their rights to ban or suspend that account without any reason because it belongs to them... but who cares lol
