make a custome drops like chinese server
something like an extra stats on items
+2000 hp or something?
so we can tank bosses

I wont mind Wz optics but i still would like to play Epi3...no Cf ****, no combined Unic **** and those.

just dont make the mistake to put some super mega powered rings/necks etc
better fix the skills instead of compensate the lack of balance with gear
otherwise the difference between well equiped and normal equiped is to high

If the Client is complete there would be no need for any custom rings. The normal, good old Unics is all we need.

I hope you can revive Celestia with a more stable client and a trustful staff.
I won't find time for this (my profs would kill me), but I am sure if you team up with the right guys you can do it.
