Question BUG ???

Hi guys I try to log-in with all my chars and accounts, the problem is still the same, do you have the same problem like me

You need to reinstall the game, it usually happen when the patch process was disrupted by something and it screw all your game.

why WEBZEn dont put a repair button to this game ?
Or better a button to reset7delete a failed update -.-*

It would be great, i, all the others MMo's that i've played have a "Repair button" but we know Webzen, in fact, if they put a "Repair" button, most of the players would be surprised
