This isn't topic related, but.. everything on my toon is the same as it was after the first rebalance?

Aside from ethereal refreshment being a 100% and spammable selfheal when you target someone in party now. OLOL.

With good faith I went to sg and... got my *** handed to me plenty.

So it's not that great =D

You have to target a partymember before you can heal yourself. Not very handy when you're pvping someone.

Pretty sure you do not even need to do that was talking to someone who was just using it regularly and it was healing themselves, plus you really only need to target them in the party menu

The last part is true. The first isn't. In bg you can cast freely and it will keep casting. But as soon as you're outside and your selected target goes red, you have to click the party member for it to heal.

Thats what I figured, the person that was telling me must have mixed things up.

also how do you like the new bug with mages anti-magic ?

got debuffed 3 times by mage and could not re-buff at all each time so basically instant death.

Just did a couple pvps with a mage and I was always able to rebuff. Sure hold effect wasn't on you?

ya cause I died and it was after I died that I could not rebuff. I revived could not re-buff then died again.

did you die ?

If I noticed right I don't need to target my party member to heal myself, I can target enemy but still Im only healing myself + my party members if they are near me. I don't even need to have a target to use healing skill. So I guess it's working right

The enemy being RED though?

Heal works when you have no one targeted.
Heal works when you have a party member targeted.
Heal works when you have yourself targeted in the party.
Heal works in BG, whether or not you have a target of another race.
Heal DOESN'T work when you are outside and the selected target is red to you.

If it does for you, make a video so I can see what I'm doing wrong?
