wtf is so hard to get in webzen folder remove the folder where it writes archlord and rename the folder from the traning server to Archlord and start the game normal

Just rename the folder, then start the game simple with EasyLogin.

According to the ini files, the neck is lvl 37 and the ring lvl 35.
