as far as I know, the test server will open to the public after this week's maintenance and it will stay open till next week's maintenance (when the reskill will go live and so no need for test server to remain open). =D

it´s doesnt work with an manipulated client, because the creation of fearless neck is 100% server side, so you have no chance to create the fearless... (atm)
