Drop item sound

Hello ,
Is there anyway to get a sound when an unique/realm drops?

just like if there drops an elemental stone you get a sound.

can I get this to for uniques/realm ?

I think it is not possible or you need a heavy coding for it.

get urself the modified itemnames ... that´s the best was to notice realm/unique drops

Well its possible to change SOunds....

So i just search for the Sounds what playing in Trilgard for example and and replace it whit a Song.... Just name the song same as the Soudn File in Archlord and replace it
That works i tested it now u only need to find the sounds if smt drops xD
