Mage with fearless ?

Hi guys,

it is only one of my crazy thoughts:

Does it make sense to give a ~ lvl 60 mage a fearless neck ?
Only for 15% cd ? Is it that worth ?

Maybe u dont have to use combi to cast faster ... ? Or what dou think `?
I am curious about it

It might be OK to have +2 skills at lower levels to grind, perhaps though.

+2 skills and cast reduction and 3 slots is not to be sneezed at regardless on any caster trying to make its way in the world. You will get rid of the neck once you attain high level.

Intel Stones and a nice cape (not too nice, cause you might want to clear it later) in the neck will help with the Grinding a lot.
