+12 is good for armor, for weapons HH +13/+14 but only with GT ^^

my weapon is high enough just want to know it about armor/greaves...
if here would be any mod´s they could close this topic...

i noticed that if i used the armor while lvling (let say, its +12) and repaired it aftwerwards, it has a higher change to go to +13.

Can be a just luck too ;D.

Or buy a reinforcement manual.

I've got my hh wand up to +14 w/o gt and using only ~30 refs I was rly lucky

sometimes it just belives on luck...
my last hh dagger I refined got destroyed from +8 to +9
just needed 8 reinforcments to get it on +8
and just needed one more to totaly destory the weap

btw lv90hh dagger +9 is max for thoose who dont know it

i got my wand 80 HH +14 no failure :P no gc (+15 max)
ofc im lucky but well no ***** for the last one xD
because i think that when u have a weapon HH with
+30 dmg
+ 28 AR
+10 ele dmg
+6% crit
+5% stun
as add stats then u dont even think about reinf it to max wihout GC ^^
