Question about multi-acc with last patch

can you do multi-acc with the last patch(03/23/2012) ?
as i remember, i could open many accs, but with this patch it isnt able for me any suggestion.. etc?

Or do that one:

Use firebug on firefox
Start several accs with : gp.GameStarter.execGameStart(8,1)

works for me with win7/64 bit
