The answere is actually pretty easy:
If a member goes on withdraw, and the guild leader kicks him (for siege for example) - and later he goes back in that guild (<24h) . He will get kicked automatically 24 hours after he went on withdraw. - the System still got in memory that this member wanted to withdraw 24 hours ago, so he ll get kicked, even if the leader isnīt online.
To prevent this problem, just /w your Leader to kick you or stay out more than 24 hours of that guild
