New armor after maintenance

they have added info of the new armor, ugly model ofc lol,

why they call it best armor in game? some stats are crappy, and the +1 rank randomly, they mean yellow stats or all skills XD ?

So it could be random to get those extra stats or they forgot to add extra stats and just changed the name of armor...
