Petition for better support from webzen

Being as this is one of the most visited forums for archlord now I would like to start a petition for better support from webzen.

I would like to start this for a many reasons as most of us already know.Their are no forums just to start with.

So over the next month I am gonna try and spread the word about this poor support to many gaming forums and try and get the word out so maybe they will finally listen to us gamers and kick up their support.

what I need is someone to make an actual petition web page of their own or from other free outlets. I don't exactly have the skills to write/sound professionally.


when this petition is done I will spread it around and try and get as many webzen users to sign it as possible then get gamer sites to publish an article as well.

If you support this idea help the webzen community as a whole and sign the petition when it is complete. I hope to have a lot of people onboard with this.We can no longer just sit back and watch our games go unsupported and ruined from this company.

we will need to address issues such as the no forums the log in bug that created many users from losing their high level characters to the increasing log in errors we receive everyday , to issues with in the games themselves.

I for one am tired of this poor customer support.So lets do something about it.Webzen will not be able to ignore the fact that credible gaming sites will be publishing something as important as this.
I have 2 very high creditable gaming forums already on board saying they will publish a news article if enough signatures are on one.

I truly admire what you are doing, and I will deffinatly sign the pettition. I have a bad feeling it will accomplish nothing, but I hope I am wrong. Webzen is famous for not paying attention. They pay attention to one thing, and one thing only, the almighty buck. I have watched people on these forums, AL forums, and facebook rage constantly about the support, only to fall on def ears. But when they run a training server and see how much $$$ they were making, suddenly they are listening to the community and extended it. End of day, I am affraid the only way to get through to the greedy ****** would be to boycott the game for a week or two, just to lets them see the possible repricusions to their paycheques. Money is the one language they understand, so thats likely gonna be the only way to get throuhg to them. But yeah, I'll sign the pettition and hope that it works.

Try this first, if it doesn't work we can always plan a 1 week boycott just to remind them who provides their paycheques. =)

what I need is someone who is really good with words at a professional level to help write out a good petition. As you all know I can not keep things short and to the point I tend to drag things out. So once a goood petition is written up we can continue this and spread the word through all of webzen games communities.


This is not one of the many QQ threads , this will take action , we have gotten to the point where we deserve to be treated as valued customers and need to do something drastic to get them to hear us.

I am hoping that this formal complaint and it being distributed to major gaming forums they will finally do something as people raging and what not on facebook and forums does nothing that can be easily ignored especially since it is usually the same people complaining over and over again.

move the petition to Facebook and Twitter it will be really helpful for all webzen users. coz you know Facebook and Twitter are public websites, so lets show to other companies including NHN that webzen is not doing their job properly.

I think this is a great idea, and with enough support and exposure maybe get something accomplished. I would say that anyone who wants to, could write up a rough draft petition. Then either bill picks one to use as this is his idea, or the best few could be posted here and voted on. End of day it doesn't really matter as long as the message is clear.
