New Armor Set: Two step change
Step A (Lv45 ~ 75) +3%
Step B (Lv76 ~120) +5%
Does it mean that those new stats will not increase at every Lvx1 but they'll have only 1 upgrade at Lv76 and that's it? If it's so, we'll have max 19% cooldown max from skill awakening, helmet and tassets. For Knights/Zerks we'll just add +3% more cooldown from shields and we have 22% for them.

I guess it's too quiet in the elemental worlds and they feel they need to introduce more chaos there. With all the hacks and bugs for fast leveling there are so many toons with maxed levels the game is dead.
Mostly the few players left do nothing but stand around the stores and safe keepers and try to scam each other. There is one active area in the game... the BG, bacause all of those who swear by pk rules refuse to pk in areas where they will get penalized since most of there victims are much lower level then themselves.
Where are the seiges of yesteryear? To get a castle just ask your buddy to loan you one. Really how much tax is generated from a castle nowadays?
Lastly is it not stated that to enter HH you must where normal armour
Well if you right , we dont need any lens now =D or maybe they will change the CD limit , idk but leggins helm + okeros : no lens needing =D

it was written as i wrote. so i don't know either how the stats really gonna increase.
about cooldown thing, you can put 2x cooldown stones in armor 8%awaken+8%combi =16%

In the press release, WZ announced the new epic armor. But they also gave us hint, about a new Dungeon, which should be released in summer. DO u have any informations about that?
Btw. I heard that played or still play from time to time the Korean Archlord version. Are there new updates or WC Items, we don't have so far?

i don't have any news about new dungeon, but new class for all races, there's no release date, we will see that later.

1.Training Server: Season 3
2. new food, its event food.
3. new cc pet event -> Serazaran Scroll 500% xp. duration 1,3,7,14days (like talisman of mastery) there's no other special cc items.

You forgot the cc item that allows to seal your caracter and trade it to another account.
