1. Grats 121 == grats for LVL120 - 100%

2. there is no glitch : TOM (100%) + Tali 200 + Sera + nectar + realm cap + food + ciring neck + bottom with xp + server 250%

i let u count. If u use ur brains, its like 600%

but u can use combined elites cap which give

- conversion
- xp
- all stats
