Bonus Stats on HH weapon

In HH weapon, you can have same stats like Elite Weapon (6% crit / 6% Stun / 30 Damage.....).

Rumour has it, they can also get +1 to all learned skills. Anyone seen one yet? Or is it just a rumour?

but ofc no skill up, but the other stats like: ele dmg, attk rating, normal dmg, crit and stun.

i never saw sth. like a shield or weapon with Heroric Ticket... i am playing EU2... and i never heared from sth like that.

there is a myth that the HH weapons can get +1 from destiny stone I do know someone with a +1 HH wepaon but I think they had a heroic ticket.
heroic ticket was the only way to get extra special stats on gear.
