what class to choose

i wanna make a new char .. i`m between scion (summoner/slayer), swash and zerk
i got ranger, mage and knight lvl hight so i buff and make lvl fast xD

all 3 are one of the best charas atm the only real thing which is important is which you like the most

1. Scion
+ extremly high dmg and hp + herioc resistance later, fear aoe. good tank and dmg dealer and caster that´s why nr1.

- no stun protection, sometimes a buggy char

2. Sorc
+ High Hp , high ele dmg, caster , Halt skill and Fear aoe
- No stun protection, not good tanking vs critters and back cast vs pvping archers/hunters.

3. Ranger/Mage
+ Fear aoe, Good dmg dealers, Mage got antimagic (very useful since they fixed HH skills, ranger got Fortitue buff, nice crit resistance and good tanker.
- mage is hard to lvl, ranger easier and cheap to make 90+ (angelic might = cast buff :P)
4. Zerk / swash
- Zerk placed over swash a bit, got less hp and bit more dmg, but zerk got fear single attack and can crit bit higher.
- zerk is hard to lvl, swash easier

... etc

Every char can be good, just learn to play it and get the best gear/combo and wc items. The only chars I wouldn't recommend you are knights and archers.

edit : I hate the band waggon jumpers, that don't play their chars for fun, but because it's popular or promoted as being the ''best''. In ep4 it was archers, in ep5/6 swashs and now zerks...

ranger lv 70+ = angelic might + fort buff= perfect
knight: lv 71+ with absorb = good tanking with new char...

mage and ranger with target buffs will be useful later in bg (lv 30+) if you´re going for a scion ^^
