Premium Ticket Question

Says in the SP2 Common that you can get Premium ticket for higher Uniques, but there is no option for them at the Event Dude!

Did I miss an announcement or something here?

Says on the ticket to contact customer services.

If i have to send a Ticket for the unique, I will never get it

Wondering if they just mean the Variations on the standard uniques, and class those as Higher.
