Im in the winners of the FREE & DOUBLED GOLD TICKET event and i need to be sure about something:

I won 2 free gold tickets OR i won 1 free gold ticket and others Gold tickets I use will be Boubled?

Plz help me before the Ticket exchange

I think it is 1 gold ticket with the effect of 2.
Instead of 1 slot you can get 2 slots added.

i didnt want to creat a thread but the one about this event is closed so i did it sry ^^

and my question is not about how to submit a ticket , its about the rewards:

I won the Event and i already have a gold ticket in cc bag, so:

Do i have to send 1 tickets to webzen for 1 Free Gold ticket +2slots added

OR

I send 3 tickets to webzen for my free gold ticket + a doubled gold ticket?

Sry if my question is stupid but its the first time i use gold ticket service and i dont want to miss that

I am 95% sure that if you just have the 1 gold ticket that you won you just have to submit 1 support ticket with the correct item code you want to upgrade and it will give you 2 slots.

Thats what this notice says

1 ticket with double effect.
