In neck 3 slot is max with gold ticket if you didnt know.
Also the knight that owns this neck says its not a bug, not a glitch, he legaly got it but not via gold ticket so ....

Nop i figure it out last weeks if u used gold ticket insteed on1 slot u gained 2 slots was event like 1 week or so ... so i think he had the neck 2 slots and use that gold ticket in that period of event so 4 slots , this would be the logical explanation ,

No, 3 slots is max for the mystery box. He used maybe 1 gold ticket and 1 double gold ticket (The event).
