You also said, you have to stay online and do not log off after passing level 20 - or you cant get the Event-Stuff anymore. You was wrong, i tested it.

Don't write advices, if you dont know for sure you are right - or even give a note, that you dont know exactly.

i got the email on an account that i had lv 27 twink on mysterios server and on another server didnt had any char , i just now made a lv1 char and didnt receive nothing ........

Yepp, thats normal. At the timestamp when Webzen start the Event, the Acc only is able to get +20 Level, when it was absolutely inaktive for 2-3 month, and there is a Toon level 1 - level 19. If you have had a Toon Level 20 or higher (level 27 for example) on the Account before, you only can get Mastery Event Stuff. If there was no Toon on no Server on the Account, you also can not get +20 Level, even when the Acc was inaktive for 2-3 month.

Basis-Needed is, that the Account wasn t online since 2-3 month.

Also kann ich aufn acc der solange inaktiv war nen char erstellen den zb lvl 60 machen und dann mit dem event auf 80`?

oder halt von 30 -50 was auch immer ^^?

Ja, genau.

Aber der Acc muss 2-3 Monate inaktiv gewesen sein.
Der Acc muss auf irgendnem Server mindestens einen Char gehabt haben.
Der Account darf bisher keinen Char gehabt haben der größer war als Level 19.

Wenn was unklar ist, einfach nochmal nachfragen, ist halt nicht so leicht zu beschreiben, weil mehrere Faktoren wichtig sind.

Fakt ist aber, das die E-Mail, ob man sie nun bekommen hat oder nicht - sch... egal ist.
Es geht hauptsächlich nur darum, dass der Account 2-3 Monate nicht eingeloggt war.
