This is supposed to be 100 years after our archlord. which does not make sense cause there is no moon elf or dragon scion race in it (guess that comes later in updates)
both games Archlord 2 and Archlord X are basically just revised and updated versions of Archlord Archlord X is supposed to be more focused on race PvP where as Archlord 2 does have PvP it focuses more on PVE.
Archlord X will have a gender system more character creation abilities Rensphere castle will be added in a later update etc if you want to know more actually read all of this it will answer most of your questions
and I am betting my bottom dollar they are hopping it will replace our archlord.
