Archlord Bot release

I've made a bot with some help in Autoit who can lauch all skill bar and buff bar, even All the bar lol. I just search any help with a question : Is there a loop wich be called with a temporal data ? for example, the buff loop will be launched every 10 secs because it is not a memory or a pixel bot.
I will be able to do nice timers if anyone help me with this function.
