the way it used to work was you needed both toons to be the same lvl as the unique you wanted and the high lvl kicked from party. This goes way back to CM days , and webzen GM's have known about this for ages I brought this up to steph long time ago and she said they had no response to it. Before CF came out this is how I dropped all my lower lvl Uniques.
