Archlord Crashes

Wondering if anyone has had the same problems:

I have done fresh install of windows, done all updates ect.

Install archlord: It works once
All times after this I get to character, click play and then i get one of these:

1) Unknown exception - Crash
2) Xcrash report - Crash
3) Connection failed after waiting

If anyone knows a fix or any solution please comment here

I have this problem, yes. But wierd - only on my main account. Its not caused by windows or your softwatre. It's webzen's servers or bugged client cause. Ther is no cure for that -.-

wierd because it happens on all my toons
i uninstalled windows silverlight and it worked once but then failed again

ok i seem to have fixed it
here is my solution:
uninstall sound card, delete sound folder in archlord
reinstall drivers for speakers

Ehm... I almost have the same kind of problem.

When I click on "play" in the character select, it will load as usually. But when im logged in, I am not able to move or able to talk. I can still press "I" for inventory etc. Lets say it looks like a server connection ending messege, but in this case it won't say anything like that, and it happens everytime i load my main.
This bug only happens when i try to play on my main, the other characters on my account do work.
I've also tried my brother his account on the same pc, and that one works just fine.

I have reïnstalled Archlord 2 times, and that didn't fix the problem.

I hope you can help me fix this bug.

Friend of mine had same problem as u NAN1337. Twice. You have to write a ticket explaining problem and wait till webzen react.

mm, I've sent 2 tickets (direct inquiries if you meant that). And I still don't have a mail from them that they will fix it or that they have fixed the problem... =/

any idea howlong it takes to get a mail from them?

well it's much easier to get a reaction from webzen by pming a volunteer, i did this and got a responce in a day or two from a GM.
i think the guy i pm was justice or something
i will go get his link and put it here
