I have this problem, yes. But wierd - only on my main account. Its not caused by windows or your softwatre. It's webzen's servers or bugged client cause. Ther is no cure for that -.-
When I click on "play" in the character select, it will load as usually. But when im logged in, I am not able to move or able to talk. I can still press "I" for inventory etc. Lets say it looks like a server connection ending messege, but in this case it won't say anything like that, and it happens everytime i load my main.
This bug only happens when i try to play on my main, the other characters on my account do work.
I've also tried my brother his account on the same pc, and that one works just fine.
I have reïnstalled Archlord 2 times, and that didn't fix the problem.
mm, I've sent 2 tickets (direct inquiries if you meant that). And I still don't have a mail from them that they will fix it or that they have fixed the problem... =/
any idea howlong it takes to get a mail from them?
well it's much easier to get a reaction from webzen by pming a volunteer, i did this and got a responce in a day or two from a GM.
