when u have the europe / america / mysterious chose, u chose mysterious, then u are on the server chose ( only one in this case) when u have char made on the server u can see a little icon, and i already got the same prob thats when u double click on the server while the little icon didnt appeared, when u click so fast on server after clicking mysterious. i think thats it, if not then sorry i would only tell you that in your case i would uninstall/reinstall game ( including regedit key webzen delete when uninstalled game). hope i helped,
