What does cower actually do?

Question What does cower actually do?

Hi all, i have a mage and my question is what cower actually does? cause i dont see anything special.

and does fear makes you mobs running away?

Cower = U can't move, but u can do normal/skill attacks and buff.


I have another quest: HOLD says -> 10% Chance of success...
Chance of success of what?

10% to hold ur enemy (like halt or stun)....
but webzen did it wrong and its 100% (or alot higher than 10% xD)

That's bugged,
10% of debuffing hold, but it succeeds always.
Same with Chaos, but there's a 10% chance, the enemy starts running in circles.
The other 90% is just like hold...

So also 100% to not let them move or only 10%? and does it also works with mobs?

does fear also make mobs running away? and what about disease?

They may be counting in Milliseconds, so 5000 = 5 Seconds. If you ever write a macro, that's how you count when inserting intervals/pauses

yh i thought already something ^^. but the skills information says 5000 second.
