You know why now why pples g0t level 90/92/Uniques/Rare Uniques/Realms on that serverfiles? After the release client and serverfiles rest of hosters/simple pples who got 1 pserver and DEV some of them decrypted our client..added the items from our client/got items from our serverfiles relese and other.


To work on emu needs like 1 year,but if we are more than 1 DEV we can put ideea on ideea and DEV much faster .First SEARCH google,read,inform about emu and development then COMMENT.

Dear alex, stop bragging how awesome you are. You added uniques? No, u added textures, anyone can do that. You failed to put your server in open beta phase for 5 times now, and everytime you fail, you change forum lol.

Actually the project that you got idea is already almost done.
Archlord-Online and Calidus and all others teams before us, all failed to get some features like siege, you wanna know why ?


It's quite simple, i stopped since 4 months looking on ini files and focused only on .exe files and i saw that it was impossible to get back (or almost) all the C code inside, i got some with Hexrays and others softwares, i almost got that filthy siege working (doors were working but nothing after)

Why?

Because of the loops they made, there is no indicators, no comments, everything is like a ant.


I ended 2 months before with exams, but after thoses, i talked with some pple of L2j & L2jfree who explained me few things and i started the planning for a Java project, it's almost going to start. (Just have to get some informations and then launching first in private for 1 - 2 weeks with some pple to get familiar with the new tools)


If you wanna go with a team, it's good, but i think that some Java knowledge & packet sniffing is a plus.



Oh ... almost forgot: Ace-PPC wanna join ?

The fact is that when you begins private devlopment, you will get no help or very few skilleds pples.


Thats is why Open Source matters because when you begins with that spirit, it stays for a very long time like l2j & l2jfree.

It's not a matters on how much we are, Ancient Players just don't really know what is a development team. (a real one)

Dude you maybe just don't understand the idea we need all developers in 1 group instead of splittet up in 1000 private servers.

If u go on with 1000 different private servers, you can continue that gay little pserver wars and webzen will keep it's dominion over archlord community.

Don't u see this project actually IS open source? All coders together could help each other out with data and coding knowledge and that's what I'm up to.
