i dont think so, they wont check every single char and it's lvl, they will send mails "randomly" to the players.

ROFL, i have 20+ accs and i received this email on 17 accs i remember the emailadress. i only bought some wc on my main
so it's not about $$$
my accs and last login:
i'm sure the gifts depend on lvl, that's the offers i got (same pics as i posted on wz-forum)

thatys really weird, i logged an acc like in march, may and june and got the mail 
BTW before everyone gets laid and dirty here, dont forget, the rings / necks are event items, so not tradable

/agree, event craps cant be refined, like it has been said, only the wing can be put in a neck and traded, ofc not the event neck

i think uniqs will be tradble, if you remember long ago we had same return warrior event reward was Intel kark + infinity + mount + 1 scroll.

2 scroll wasted -.- It better be that ugly infs. If they have +5% speed they are still gay and sux (lvl 1 16% lvl 2 17% etc.). +10% Speed would be something.
I got emails for some acc that I logged in in june o.O wierd, maybe you got them for active accounts not on inactive. If I get shuta and kark on some **** acc and cant be traded/refined what is the point lol. Like someone really come back for that event. Dont get me wrong I still think this is 1 of best events on AL.

Yeah, nice event. Who enjoys it? People who left? No... Active people with inactive (or who knows..) accounts laying around.
Who left AL for good, won't come back for some freakin online items. It'd be easier to just hand them out to _active_ players from time to time... :d But there would be no "strategic point" in doing that, so yeah.

can anybody tell me what circumstances have to be fullfilled to obtain the intelligent Kark + Infinity ?!
So far i heard about:
1. no log in from: 1th july - 1th august ?
What about the char lvl, can also lvl 1 twink be rewarded ?!
