yh the first few times it was only visual. but if i changed several values it was just perma lucky charm for me

It is imposible.... every item ....every duration of an item is server based.... you only screwed up you client ....

You only screw up the client side... just YOU see if the lucky is perma and so on... but the server see's it in another way...you just screwed up in al client memory to see the lucky icon(when i was off) but that doesn't mean it is working too...

about 2 weeks ago, i was testing atck speed on my archer and i somehow turned on old codemasters cc cloak lv 5. i could see the stats on my char info. increased too. but i was not sure how that happened. but i just put on/off bow and changed some values.
so i was wondering maybe someone know this how exactly this work?

You are very correct somethings can be controlled client side everything you can use ...cloaks buffs times buffs pots exp rates crit rates damage rates and reinforced weapons all can be modded client side and send the info to the server thinking you have it. i have been running a perma toh now for about 3 weeks also i have been running perma animal soul of my mage now for 2 weeks. These things can be accomplished client side but you cannot make the value so outrageous the server just identifies it as bunk. You can set anything you want as long as it is accomplishable in the game. i have a character now running 80% resistance 24/7 almost so yes it can be done and no i wont make a tutorial but i will say to play around with some values youll be suprised at what you can find.

i have all values 0 and 1 but when i change it doesnt work :/ I do not know what I am doing wrong. I want perma toa and combi xD
first scan (unknown initial value) i must do with toa on or off? and 2nd what i must click... incresed or decresed and with toa on or off??

and Devil why u cant take video for... perma buffs etc.?
