if someone gets banned for something, their accounts would be put on the shame list on the official forums with some vague description of what they did =P

Ive been talking to the ppl that was said to have used theese skills and they say its a lie
it is ppl that i know/trust and have no reason at all to lie to me =)
therefore ITS A LIE!!!

imo perma ban is good ppl have 1002030124002 accounts and a week or month ban they dont freaking mind.
but perma ban instead they will mind.

as we all know CM perma banned ppl for no reason, at least here they perma ban after warning and good reason.
Imo perma ban for all cheats would calm down cheaters
