Problem:
I do in BG with my Elem 500-700 Lower Dmg on Ele mobs !
i think the exp rate is lower !
and all other ****** me up...
so mobs hits harder + higher ele resi
anyone know anything about that?

the lvl 92 neck is called Hwaridon necklace
bsides the 8% attack speed+ 8% chance to ignore defense
it also has +10 herioc defense and + 10 heroic attack
