As much as a laughed my butt off while watching this I don't think the problem is with using the program and placing the HEX code into the program. It's which HEX code to place there. I've read I think about 60+ pages of posts not to mention a few other forums before posting this so no flames please...

Okay this was taken directly from WPE Pro and as I see it you are wanting to take lines of code from both 64:'s and place them in the 16-23 slots of your filter The first being the one you don't want to use in the search string and then the second being the skill you do want to use being in the modify string. Then doing the same for both 40:'s packets.
Now as you can see above I changed the color of the differences in the two packets and I'm guessing here but the first should be the identifying code and the second being a set of code that tells it ? ... regardless the highlighted code is what is to be placed into the 16-23 sections of WPE. This is all a guess due to the fact I'm on a huge learning curve and this is the first day that I downloaded and have used WPE after about 3 days of reading here and there... Yes I was very confused of where the code was coming from that we need to place into those slots even after watching this great tutorial. Only took me about an hour to figure it out though.
p.s. I have no programming experience as well as no hacking experience so if I'm totally off the mark please don't shoot me as this is just an interpretation of what I've read and an uneducated guess.
