I think it is only version 1.0.0.90 but you should look a bit more around the forum next time :P,

To get version 1.0.0.91 you need to download 1.0.0.90 and the 1.0.0.91 patch and then patch version .90

91 fixes the turn whilte targeting
90 does turn
