Yea i noticed that also. I tried glitching and i thought i did it wrong, but tried it again on anothere toon and it does seem they fixed it. Also when you try to glitch and you have a bounty still when you char select and back in and have a friend just kill you for the gold the bounty stays with you and they dont recieve the gold and you dont lose the 10%. Hope someone else tried that and can confirm it
