2 Questions

1. i can login to archlord.webzen.com with no problems and i also can start game and play very well but when i click on "My Account" there comes a message "You have been logged out for being idle for too long. Please log in again." and it comes always! is this a bug or how can i see me account information.

2. the new event (+20 level ups) can i play a new char on level 99 and then could i go to event npc and make him on level 119?? is this possible?
or can i just get this 20 level ups with a character that is level 1?
