Maybe he means with white cloak, cloak lvl 6 cuz the cloak gives 13% res

first of all: that neck is an uber fail, whoever had chosen it, should get punished :<
second: why cant you show it, even if its "bugged"
and third

be carefull, if a white cloak is shown on the item, you prolly wont see it when its equiped. dunno whether its still like this
