Stull Power leveling

Here is the deal, I'm a veteran Archlord player, I have 2 level 99s on Graica and Stull i have held every title from noob

to Archlord I know how every toon works and will level any toon exept knight/scion/zerk because I just don't enjoy doing them.

I will only level new toons made after the 16th so get your PMs to me before then. 1st come 1st serve

Conditions:
5k wp for my personal use
5-15k wp for the toons leveling
No gold is required
No weapons
No armour unless you have cf for it on a toon and wanna transfer it reducing the cost of wp I'll need

The prices are not firm it is just an estiment

50-150$ for you to level the character?

That's a minimum of 100$, for 60 euros I could have iStrike, ect. Level my character from 90-99
