I am very interested if this rf-cheats is something worth forum, because there works point system and hacks are working for AA. For example this thread about flying cart still works. So, anyone got some information about it?

You have to consider that a Russian forum is dedicated to the Russian Server.
What they offer in their forum MAY or MAY NOT work in NA/EU Server.
